In addition to the conventional and technical training courses in our catalogue, SLOT Recursos Humanos offers innovative leadership programmes, team building and workshops. These initiatives not only strengthen team spirit, but also equip employees with the interpersonal skills that are essential in today's working environment.
Excel
The Excel training was organised for 25 participants and included a pre-assessment to determine the participants' level of knowledge and needs. The training took place over four mornings at the client's premises. The participants considered the training to be very important and highlighted the benefit of learning useful Excel functions that could be applied in their daily work.
Project Management
The project management training was delivered to 30 participants divided into 2 groups. The certified trainer conducted the sessions at the client's premises, covering both conceptual and practical content. During the training, the participants were able to interact and raise specific questions related to their professional fields. The reception was very enthusiastic, with 99% satisfaction from both the trainees and the client.
Communication
This training, given to 15 participants from the commercial sector, involved the collaboration of 3 different companies and lasted 6 mornings. The sessions covered face-to-face communication, telephone communication, email communication and social/professional networking. The main aim was to improve communication in the workplace and to provide participants with useful tools and techniques for their daily work.
