Aeronautics
Since 2022, we have had the satisfaction of serving a client in the aeronautical sector who trusted us to recruit 327 people in just 4 months. Occupational categories covered in this process include logistics operators, assembly operators, occupational health and safety (OHSH) technicians and administrative assistants. This growth reflects our ability to provide effective temporary labour solutions.
Industry
Since 2019, we have supported the training and recruitment of temporary professionals in the manufacturing sector on an annual basis. Over the years, we have hired 2 production apprentices, 17 workers in the roles of maintenance technicians, financial administrators and unskilled workers, and 22 professionals, including level 3 metalworking operators, sales and R&D assistants. We have also focused on the administrative area, recruiting 12 professionals and most recently, in 2023, a further 6 candidates have been recruited.
Retail
The retail sector has grown significantly in recent years, resulting in the recruitment of 50 new professionals for one of our clients. This client recognised the need to strengthen its team to meet increased demand. The recruitment process included 10 sales assistants and 15 store managers, who play a key role in improving the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
