TV Broadcaster (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with production companies, distributors and content creators to ensure a diverse and high quality portfolio.

• Identify and negotiate with external content providers to acquire high quality programming for the network.

• Develop and implement programming strategies that maximise the channel's audience and impact.

• Create a balanced and engaging programming schedule that combines original productions, acquisitions and syndicated content.

• Analyse audience data to adjust strategies and optimise programming.

• Manage and motivate the programming and content team, ensuring a creative and collaborative environment.

• Explore new trends, formats and technologies to innovate programming.

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience in content and programme management, ideally in a television environment.

• In-depth knowledge of the television industry, audience behaviour and content trends.

• Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with content providers.

• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

• An innovative spirit with a passion for engaging and differentiating content.
