Store Manager (M/F)

Responsibilities:

​

• Be responsible for sales in the store, offering customers personalized and excellent service;

• Ensure that the store is always well-organized, clean, and stocked

• with our products;

• Manage the receipt of merchandise and ensure its proper management and and storage;

• Become an expert in jewelry consulting;

• Lead the store team, fostering a high-performance environment, evaluating employee performance, and recruiting new talent.

Requirements:

​

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a store manager (specialized service);

• Completed secondary education (12th grade);

• Availability for rotating shifts;

• Focus on results;

• Team spirit;

• Flexibility and versatility.
