Responsibilities:

​

• Conducting inspections of houses and buildings according to predefined methodologies;

• Preparing Technical Reports;

• Supporting the Technical Coordinator;

• Coordinating and communicating with the BackOffice team;

• Managing technical complaints, ensuring appropriate responses;

• Assisting in the development of the annual training plan for technicians.

Requirements:

​

• Experience in the role (mandatory);

• Experience in Property Assessments for insurance companies (preferred);

• Knowledge of building systems;

• Knowledge of leak detection equipment;

• Knowledge in the construction field;

• Computer literacy (user level);

• Driver's license;

• Availability for flexible working hours.
